Carl Cochrane5 StarCustomer service is brillant. Did an MoT and replaced rear break pads which were needing doing so it wasn’t an unnecessary upsell which from experience happens with some other garages. Definitely would recommend.Friday 31st May 2024

In fact they went out of the way to keep the price down and fix my issue on the spot. Really appreciated so I won't hesitate to use them again...maybe I'll book in next time!Sunday 7th April 2024
Megan Coleman5 StarAfter my car broke down at the end of february, the guys at lynch lane car care was able to sort me out with a loan car until we was able to get something more permanent. On friday it come into discussion of a car that i liked but it needed a few things done. I had a call this morning to say the car was ready to be collected, whilst there the reception team helped me to tax my car and whilst i was there they also ran through some things i needed to know before i set off. The team was so quick and efficient with helping me out. Would recommendedMonday 15th April 2024
Andrew Bolton5 StarAll I can say is wow wow wow !!! I cannot rate Shawn and his team highly enough, the customer service I received on Friday afternoon was better 5stars, 7stars + I am a butcher ( Lyme Bay Butchers ) driving back on Friday afternoon from Swanage market I broke down at the side of a busy road, all my belts had snapped leaving a complete mess. I called Lynch Lane Care Care and spoke to the owner Shawn who came out that minute and recovered my van back to his garage. In the meantime parts where sourced from different motor factors that his son drove around and collected for the job. As I attend markets I expressed that I needed the van the next day and to my amazement at 4pm !!! he said we will get you back on the road today ! I have been running my own business for years and I am a good judge of character I can only commend Shawn and his staff for the help I was given I would recommend them in a heart beat and have already done so if you want a garage that you can trust and pay realistic prices look no further
