Great service from start to finish provided by Martin and his team. My existing alarm developed a fault so I called ARC Alarms who are well known in my neighbourhood and they didn't disappoint. Martin came out initially to discuss the problem I was having and offered his advice, this was followed up by a detailed written quotation and I was happy to engage them. The appointment for the engineer to attend was quickly arranged and the work carried out in just over an hour. The engineer was friendly and professional and didn't leave a mess. I would have no hesitation in using ARC Alarms again or recommending them to anyone who needs an alarm installed or repaired.

Very happy with all aspects of the job. From first survey to installation everything was explained and every one of my many questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Installation was was very neat and tidy and all aspects of system functions clearly explained. All round great service. Would highly recommend.
